Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms are between you (the church, ministry or person using the games) and Jake Labrador, a sole proprietor doing business as Big Room Games, of Winter Garden, Florida, USA (bigroomgames.com) ("we"). By using Big Room Games (the "Service") you agree to them.
1. The Service
Big-screen Bible games run in a web browser. A leader's screen hosts the game; a leader's phone controls it; optional table devices buzz in. The free edition has limits listed on the pricing page. A Church License unlocks the full features on licensed screens.
2. Who can use it
Leaders who set up or buy the Service must be adults (18+) acting for their church or ministry. Students, including minors, may take part in games run by their leader. Students do not create accounts and are not asked for personal information.
3. Church License
- One license covers one church at one campus, on up to 5 screens, for the term you paid for (monthly or yearly).
- Licenses renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid term.
- Don't share, resell or publish your key. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly or used beyond the license.
- Prices can change for future terms with at least 30 days' notice by email.
4. Payments
You buy the Church License from us: Jake Labrador, doing business as Big Room Games, is the seller. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.), our payment processor; your card details go to Stripe, not to us. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout where required. Refunds are handled by us under our refund policy; email support@bigroomgames.com.
5. Acceptable use
Use the games for ministry, education and fun. Team names and anything typed into the games must be appropriate for a youth setting; leaders are responsible for approving names shown on screen. Don't attack, overload or reverse the license system, or use the Service to collect students' personal information.
6. Content
Game software, design and original text belong to us. Bible references are shown as references only, so any translation works. You keep anything you type (like team names); we don't store it.
7. Availability
The Service runs on third-party networks (web hosting, peer-to-peer connections and public relays). We work to keep it running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Have a backup plan for important events.
8. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Supervise students during games, including physical activity like racing to find verses.
9. Ending
You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend licenses for breach of these terms after notice where practical.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Contact: support@bigroomgames.com.
